Rock climbing is an activity where you will climb up or across natural rock formations or man-made rock walls with the goal of reaching the summit of a formation or the endpoint of a pre-defined route.
Rock climbing is generally differentiated by its need for the use of the climber’s hands to hold his or her own weight in order to make balance. Rock climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport, one that often tests a climber’s strength, endurance, agility, and balance along with his or her mental control.
Rock Climbing in Nepal is becoming one of the hottest sports to do for visitor and locals due to the awesome natural rock faces in majestic settings.

Kathmandu / Hattiban (1700 m)
Hattiban is the best place for rock climbing which is a beautiful village about 1 hour outside of Kathmandu city. Along the way you will see beautiful temples, and get a great view of the Kathmandu Valley. This climb includes 5.9 – 5.12 grade routes, and is the best for autumn and spring rock climbing.
08:30 – Drive to Hattiban from your hotel
09:30 – Reach. Briefing and safety gears.
10:00 – Hike towards the crag
11:00 – 13: 00 – Climb yourself or with the professional guide.
13:00 – 14:00 – Lunch at Hattiban Resort.
14:00 – 16:00 – Visit Dhakshinkali temple, Shesh Narayan temple or just stroll around
17:00 – Drive back to hotel.
