Incentive/Motivation Program covers the glimpse of Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan and an exclusive camping tent near Pokhara where one can observe sunrise, sunset and gigantic views of Mt. Fishtail, Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dhaulagiri. Here, the special Pooja ceremony at Sherpa Monastery, Lamas and Rimpoches are there to welcome and give you blessing accordingly.

Day 01
Kathmandu (1350 m)
Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel by our representative.
Newari welcome at hotel by Panch Kanyas in traditional costumes, who will put Tika on the forehead of guests, with musicians playing in the background fresh fruit juice and mineral water will be served while guests are assembling in the Lobby.Guests will be escorted to their rooms by the hotel staff in the evening, departure for Thamel
Arrive at Thamel (the Freak Street of Kathmandu).
Walk through the streets browsing through shops (time given for shopping)
Arrival at Thamel House – traditional Newari Restaurant serving authentic Newari cuisine
Dinner will be served in traditional style, with musicians playing in the background.
After dinner, a rickshaw ride through the streets of old Kathmandu.
Return to hotel for overnight stay. -
Day 02
Kathmandu
Wake- up call.
Breakfast in the hotel
Departure for the sightseeing tours of Patan.
Lunch will be served in Patan Museum Cafe.
Departure for Kathmandu Durbar Square
Visit Kasthamandap and the temple of the Living Goddess
Return to hotel for wash and change
In the evening, departure for Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
Arrival at Bhaktapur.
Guests will be escorted by a procession of young children with torches, accompanied by musicians
Guests will walk along the cobbled streets of Bhaktapur, past temples and monuments and small shops, till they reach the Nyatapola square
Here, they will watch masked dances, with the backdrop of Nyatapola temple a five -story pagoda temple, illuminated by lamps
Dinner will be served here in the Nyatapola Square with musicians playing
After dinner, transfer back to the hotel -
Day 03
Kathmandu – Pokhara via White Water Rafting
Departure by coaches for Majhimtar (about 2hrs)
Arrival at rafting put-in-point (The river guide will give a safety briefing)
After the briefing, we wear our safety jackets and helmets and enjoy the rafting.
We raft for a period of 2 hours 30 minutes, going over various rapids (Grades I – III) and then float on to the beach at Kurintar.
Lunch with wash & change facilities which will be provided by the side of Trisuli River.
After lunch, board coaches and drive to Lumle (about 1 hr drive).
Upon arrival at Lumle walk for about 1 hour till Chandrakot Village.
Arrival at our camp where hot towels, tea/coffee, and biscuits will be served followed by installation in tents.
In the evening, barbecue dinner with campfire, followed by local village dances.
Overnight camping -
Day 04
Chandrakot – Nayapul – Pokhara - Kathmandu
Early wake up call to view sunrise over the Annapurna and Macchapuchare mountain ranges.
Hot breakfast will be served in the camp.
After breakfast, start trek to Nayapul via Birethanti (2 hrs).
Upon arrival at Nayapul, board coaches and drive to Pokhara (1 hr) and fly back to Kathmandu about 30 minutes.Receive at Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel.
Tika welcome with welcome drink, followed by wash and change (either in rooms or a dip in the swimming pool, gazing at the mountain ranges)
Barbecue lunch with local musicians.
After lunch, local transfer to hotel.
Free time for shopping or at leisure
In the evening, departure for Boudhanath Stupa.Arrival at Boudhanath.
Perambulate around the largest Stupa in the world and walk to the Sherpa Monastery
Here, guests will be greeted by Lama Musicians in the courtyard.
Guests will then be escorted by hostesses dressed in traditional Tibetan costumes, into the Monastery hall, to be seated at the tables.
The Lama monks will perform a long life Puja (Prayer) for our guests and a Lama incarnate will then invite them to light a lamp each and the Lamas will be chanting hymns.
The ceremony will be followed by dinner with the Lamas.
After dinner, the Rinpoche will present a silk scarf (khada) with blessings.
Return to the hotel for overnight -
Day 05
Departure
Transfer to airport for departure flight
1. Accommodation on five star hotel based on twin sharing basis.
2. All indicated activities with spiritual prayers.
3. Full board with all the luxurious amenities.
